If you want to increase your weight then you have to consider any things.increasing weight does not mean eating everything.You need to increase the weight by eating healthy diet which contains food items rich in vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals etc.

Protein shakes!! and working out... unless you want to get fat... in which case jsut eat cake... but honestly you will gain some fat anyway.... you jsut need to turn it into muscle... nuts are good too... eat lots of nuts...
